Is the API publicly available?

Not yet. AdLit's API is in private preview with a handful of design partners. Join the waitlist via the AdLit support email and we'll evaluate your use case, integration scope and projected volume. Public general availability is on the 2026 roadmap.

What's the pricing model?

Per-second-of-output pricing with volume tiers, billed monthly. Per-integration custom terms are available for high-volume use cases (10K+ minutes/month) that justify dedicated capacity and SLA. Pricing details are shared during the partner-evaluation call.

Plain HTTP+JSON for now. SDKs in TypeScript, Python and Ruby are on the roadmap once the API moves to public preview. The HTTP API is the source of truth — every SDK wraps the same endpoints.

What about webhooks for async rendering?

Yes — every generation job exposes a webhook callback that fires when the render completes (or fails). The HTTP API is async-first; you submit a job, you get a job ID back, you receive a webhook when it's ready, you fetch the output URL. Polling is supported but webhooks are preferred.

Per-minute video generation prices on raw model APIs have fluctuated 5–10× over the last 18 months. Building a product that depends on stable unit economics is hard when the underlying cost can change quarterly.
